Use in the shower on clean, wet skin, 2-3 times per week. Wet the bar, and use gentle pressure to buff in small, circular motions on parts of your body you wish to smooth (avoid sunburned, broken out, or otherwise irritated skin).

You control the power—use firmer pressure on rough spots like heels and elbows, but be gentle on sensitive areas of the body such as the chest. Rinse, pat dry.
